Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced signage painter, ideally with a background in signage or automotive painting to join our production team. Successful associates in this position will be responsible for painting and finishing various signage projects, ensuring top-notch quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and paint signage using different painting techniques and materials to achieve desired finishes.

· Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and color specifications.

· Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate and visually appealing results.

· Ensure the proper use and maintenance of painting equipment and tools.

· Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices while working with paints and chemicals.

· Perform quality checks on finished signage to ensure they meet our high standards.

· Assist in other signage production tasks as needed.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a painter in the signage or automotive industry.

· Strong knowledge and skills in automotive painting techniques.

· Proficient in color matching and mixing to achieve desired paint shades.

· Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Education or training in automotive painting or a related field.

· Experience in using graphic design software is a plus.

· Experience specifically with a Matthews paint station/paint.

· Previous experience in the signage industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
