What You’ll Need:

Demonstrated success in interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses
A proven ability to monitor inventory, achieve operational excellence, drive culture, and execute merchandising directives
The ability to travel to attend business meetings and conferences
Strong Leadership skills; can motivate a team and drive success through culture and teamwork
Must be very structured and process-oriented
Must have experience operating digital printers, and wide-format equipment
Must be able to implement policies and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe products
Above average in computer systems including Macintosh and PC computers
Prefer experience with design software
5-10 years of print industry management experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience
3+ years of leadership experience
7+ years of business management experience
3+ years P&L responsibility experience

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
