CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 
 
This person will work closely with the General Manager and team members to deliver exceptional client service.  The primary job of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to interact with current and prospective clients in a manner that provides a positive customer experience.  The CSR will monitor requests for quotes or other information and ensure a timely response to all requests.  The CSR will prepare and send quotes in response to customer requests.  The CSR will be aware of and track the status of orders from start to completion.  The CSR communicates both internally and externally to ensure work is completed to client expectations.  In addition, the CSR may manage outgoing and incoming shipments, process invoices, receive payments, enter information into company software programs, and interact with external vendors.

Responsibilities include:
 
  • Greeting clients – on the phone and when they enter the studio
  • Meeting with current and prospective clients to explain the products and services of the Company
  • Client relationship management – maintaining regular contact with current and prospective clients
  • Updating and maintaining the Company CRM database
  • Preparing and delivering quotes
  • Delivering or arranging for the delivery of finished goods
  • Sending invoices and receiving payments as necessary
  • Following up on Accounts Receivable as necessary
  • Tracking of outsourced activities for the Monthly Royalty report

  • Self-motivated
  • Highly organized and can multi-task
  • Experience with a CRM database program
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High School degree or higher
Ideal candidates will also possess: 
  • Familiar with Printing Terminology
  • Basic understanding of CoreBridge CRM a PLUS or other Production Workflow Software helpful
  • Sales curious’ (constantly asking questions to learn about the customer with a desire to build relationships and fully understand their business needs) 
  • Strong communication and listening skills 
  • The ability to adapt sales style to a particular customer 
  • Highly motivated with a great attitude; and a desire to help others via an engaging personality 
  • Professionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll up sleeves and drive results 
  • 1+ years of prior inside sales experience/customer service representative 
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
