Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the printing and production of client orders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality standards are met.
- Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and prepare graphics for print to ensure correct setup and file integrity.
- Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters to keep production running smoothly and minimize downtime.
- Perform quality assurance checks throughout the production process to ensure finished products meet SpeedPro’s quality standards.
What we're looking for:
- Experience: 2+ years of production experience, ideally in large-format printing, sign production, or related industries.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with large-format printers, plotters, cutters, and laminators is preferred.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring quality and accuracy in all production processes.
- Dependability: Strong track record of reliability and punctuality.

Compensation: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
