Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Acquire new B2B customers through cold calling, networking, and industry events
- Manage Web Leads: qualify inquiries, conduct follow‑up, and convert prospects into loyal accounts
- Deliver Presentations: showcase our printing solutions with compelling, consultative demos
- CRM Mastery: log activities, forecast sales, and track progress using our CRM platform
- Territory Development: identify market opportunities and craft targeted outreach plans
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: partner with production, design, and installation teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Customer Advocacy: uphold our customer‑centric ethos, resolving issues and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint
- 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in printing or a related industry
- Proven track record in B2B sales, new business development, and closing deals
- Comfort with cold calling and resilience in a fast‑paced sales cycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills—able to engage decision‑makers at all levels
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce) for sales management and pipeline tracking
- Basic computer proficiency; Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus for understanding design specs
- Growth mindset: eager to learn, adapt, and contribute ideas to expand our footprint
