This Sales Administrator is a new role for us that reports directly to the Sales Manager and is primarily responsible for supporting the sales team in order for the entire team to act on more sales opportunities and complete more orders;
     1. connect and coordinate marketing and sales activities to ensure no opportunity is left behind.
     2. use software/ data to point the sales team to new opportunities and leads
     3. move orders though our pipeline at max speed and create and maintain organization and efficiency throughout our project pipeline.

This position plays a critical role in the company’s profit and margin potential through collecting and organizing and acting on sales opportunities. This role does not require actively 'selling' (we are a B2B company and find our products sell themselves to our ideal clients) but will require the necessary professionalism and oral/written communication skills to interact with both internal team and external clients.

Functions: 
  • Create simple estimates via our software system and shepherd all orders through completion.
  • Create and maintain impeccable organization and detail through our sales process via software tools, automations and integrations.
  • Coordinate Marketing efforts across various vendor platforms (minimal content creation)
  • Manage accounts receivable

Other skills/backgrounds of interest (not required): 
  • Adobe Creative Suite (this is not a graphic design position)
  • Creating workflows connecting various cloud based software (CRM, Sharefile, Slack, Zappo, etc.)
Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
