Position Overview
SpeedPro Omaha’s SWING Design services (Signage, Wayfinding, Information, Navigation, and Graphics) is seeking a Revit-savvy Architectural or MEP professional to support the production of signage, wayfinding, and equipment labeling documentation for large-scale technical, industrial, and mission-critical facilities.
This role collaborates with Project Managers and Design Leads to translate architectural and engineering models into coordination-focused, programming-ready Revit signage plans. It is well suited for an experienced BIM professional seeking flexible, project-driven work on technically complex facilities with clearly defined scopes.

This role collaborates with Project Managers and Design Leads to translate architectural and engineering models into coordination-focused, programming-ready Revit signage plans. It is well suited for an experienced BIM professional seeking flexible, project-driven work on technically complex facilities with clearly defined scopes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Revit models for signage, wayfinding, and MEP equipment labeling.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary worksets to generate standardized sheet views.
- Produce signage and wayfinding design and construction documentation for large-scale facilities.
- Develop Revit families and signage sheets for site campuses, primary buildings, ancillary structures, and full interior fit-outs.
- Use Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for collaboration and export workflows.
- Interpret and coordinate architectural and engineering documents.
- Identify signage locations and produce associated schedules from complex design and construction data.
- Support signage programming using room/space naming conventions and wayfinding logic.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering plan sets.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu and QA/QC workflows.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Familiarity of building code requirements and standards including ADA, NFPA, IBC, OSHA, ANSI, and ISO.
- Background in architectural graphics or experiential graphic design.
- Understanding of sign fabrication materials and mounting methods.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
