The Inside Sales Associate is the linchpin between the studio and our corporate clients - we are looking for someone who can help strengthen current relationships and help build new ones, make decisions, and achieve results. 
 
Core Functions: 
  • Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualification 
  • Contact leads and prospects via phone and email
  • Participate in sales and marketing functions (networking events, studio tours, meet-and-greet events, etc.) 
  • Manage and utilize proprietary CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls and meetings with prospective and existing customers 
  • Execute a strong prospecting approach including audience segmentation, call scripting, and reporting 
  • Attend client meetings and entertainment as appropriate. (this position may require the occasional off-hours)

Other Required Skills: 
  • Strong communication and listening skills 
  • The ability to adapt sales style to a particular customer 
  • Highly motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality 
  • Professionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll-up sleeves and drive results 
Ideal candidates will also possess: 
  • 1+ years of prior inside sales experience 
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree 

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
