What You’ll Need:
- A proven ability to achieve operational excellence, drive culture and execute directives
- Strong collaboration, organizational and prioritization skills
- Adaptability to flex to changing priorities and expectations
- Strong Leadership skills; can motivate a team and drive success through culture and teamwork
- Must be very structured and process-oriented
- Must have understanding wide format equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe products
- Preferred experience with Corebridge CRM
- Must be able to effectively communicate to clients through verbal and written communications
- 2-5 years print industry management experience preferred
- 2+ years leadership experience
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
