Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue through the acquisition and growth of high-value, strategic accounts.
This is a performance-driven, outside sales role for an experienced professional who brings an existing network and a proven ability to close large, consultative deals. You will be responsible for developing your own pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
· Prospect, develop, and close enterprise-level and high-value accounts
· Leverage your existing relationships and industry network to generate new business
· Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing and account expansion
· Identify and sell comprehensive solutions, including:
o Branded environments
o Wall murals & office graphics
o Event and experiential signage
o Multi-location programs
· Build long-term partnerships and secure repeat business
· Maintain and manage pipeline activity within CRM

Qualifications
Required:
· 5+ years of B2B sales experience
· Proven track record of closing $10K–$100K+ deals
· Experience selling to corporate clients, agencies, or institutions
· Strong prospecting and business development skills
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Preferred:
· Experience in wide-format printing, signage, commercial interiors, or experiential marketing
· Existing book of business or established industry relationships
· Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management

Compensation & Benefits
· Base Salary: $50,000 – $80,000+ (based on experience)
· Uncapped commission (OTE: $100K – $200K+)
· Performance-based bonuses
