About the Role
SpeedPro North Indianapolis is looking for an experienced sign and graphics installer to work with us as a 1099 independent contractor. You'll handle installs across the Indianapolis area, including channel letters, building signs, post and panel, real estate signs, wall and window graphics, and vinyl. Work is scheduled by the job, so it can fit around your other work or your own business.
Pay
$30 to $60 per hour, depending on experience and job type. 1099 independent contractor, paid by the job.
What You'll Do
SpeedPro North Indianapolis is looking for an experienced sign and graphics installer to work with us as a 1099 independent contractor. You'll handle installs across the Indianapolis area, including channel letters, building signs, post and panel, real estate signs, wall and window graphics, and vinyl. Work is scheduled by the job, so it can fit around your other work or your own business.

What You'll Do
- Install channel letters and building-mounted signs
- Work from bucket trucks and ladders, often at height
- Install post and panel, yard, and real estate signs
- Apply vinyl, wall, and window graphics
- Do site surveys, measurements, and mounting prep
- Show up on time and leave every job site clean and professional
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on sign installation experience (channel letters strongly preferred)
- Comfortable working at height on a bucket truck or ladder
- Bucket truck experience preferred; owning or having access to one is a big plus
- Your own reliable transportation and hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all seasons
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor (you handle your own taxes and insurance)

Compensation: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
