The Customer Service Manager is the linchpin between the studio and our clients. We are looking for an energetic individual with a strong desire to succeed, the ability to develop lasting relationships, and the skills to close sales through a consultative and solution-oriented approach.  You will use your skills to generate leads, prepare estimates, and win business, all the while providing exemplary customer service.  You must be detail oriented, a strong communicator, and process driven.
 
About you:

  • Highly motivated with an outgoing personality, both in person and on telephone
  • Proactive and self-motivated to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain high level of engagement with customer base
  • Strong communications with clients and internally with team members 
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and time management
  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Extra Credit: knowledge of design and printing
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree 
Core Functions: 
  • Partner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualification 
  • Manage the sales process from marketing to estimating and closing deals 
  • Attend client meetings as appropriate
Other Required Skills: 
  • Sales curious’ (constantly asking questions to learn about the customer with a desire to build relationships and fully understand their business needs) 
  • Strong communication and listening skills 
  • The ability to adapt sales style to a particular customer 
  • Highly motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality 
  • Professionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll-up sleeves and drive results

Ideal candidates will also possess: 
  • 3+ years of relevant experience 
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree 
Compensation: $55,000.00 per year
